Jacob Sartorius

JacobRolf Jacob Sartorius was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The parents of the child were not able to provide for him at the time of his birth , and he was taken in by an adoptive family and moved to Virginia. The adoptive family were raised at home in Reston Virginia. At seven years old, Sartorius started singing in musicals, and then found his love for performing. Prior to the demise of Vine as an American service for hosting short-form videos, in the year 2017, Sartorius lip-syncing videos posted on Vine gained more than eight million followers as of August 2016. Sartorius believed that using social media was his escape from bullying because he had been a victim. He said before Musical.ly that he wasn't the most outgoing. He believed that everyone was watching him , not even the camera.
